摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material whereby the number of the process of manufacturing solar cells and the material cost reduce by using a substance made of Al powder, a kind or more of metals of Sn and In, an organic coupling agent, and organic flux. CONSTITUTION:This material uses a substance made of Al powder, a kind or more of metals of Sn and In, an organic coupling agent, and organic flux. A cellulose series compound or a polymetacrylate series compound is suitable to the organic flux, and a polyvalent alcohol series for the organic flux. The compounding rate of In and Sn is preferable at 5-50wt. to Al powder at 100wt., and more preferable at 12-50wt. An amount of less than 5wt. deteriorates plating deposition to a formed Al layer, and an amount of more than 50wt. diminishes the BSF effect of a formed P<+> layer 3, becoming liable to cause the decrease in efficiency of the solar call.
