<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having excellent discoloration after thermal aging, physical properties, light-discoloration resistance and anti-fogging property, and having excellent mold-releasability and mold-staining resistance in powder forming, by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a plasticizer, a hindered amine compound and a perchloric acid salt. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition for the backing of urethane can be produced by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a plasticezer, a hindered amine compound and a perchloric acid salt. The prechloric acid salt is preferably salt of group IIa metal (Mg, Ca, Sr or Ba), and the hindered amine compound is e.g. 4-benzoyloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine, etc. The composition is preferably compounded further with an organic acid salt of a metal.</p> |
