<p>PURPOSE:The titled plotting pen capable of producing a printed circuit substrate by a simple process, removing simply ink after etching, containing built-in resist ink consisting of specific solvent ink, a specific resin and a specific organic solvent to dissolvent the dye and the resin. CONSTITUTION:The aimed plotting pen containing built-in resist ink consisting of solvent dye containing no sulfonic group, no carboxlic group and no group to form a salt of these groups, a resin selected from styrene-maleic acid copolymer half ester, rosin-acrylic ester condensate maleinized rosin half ester, rosin glycerol ester, terphene-phenolic copolymer, hydrocarbon resin and shellac and an organic solvent to dissolve the resin and the dye, having a synthetic resin pen with a through hole having the same crosssectional shape from the tip to the end and the maximum distance value from one end to the other of the through hole of 0.2-0.8mm.
