<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high sound-proof efficiency by making an asphalt sheet weld completely to a panel-like work extending over the whole surface in a bake painting process, by so constituting the titled molding method that the asphalt sheet is adhered closely to the whole surface of the panel-like work fixing to prevent a space from forming for secure temporal between both. CONSTITUTION:After a panel-like work 11, which has been molded in a predetermined shape on the top of a bottom force 17 of an asphalt sheet molding machine 13 provided with a top force 19 and the bottom force 17 and on the one side 11a of the same an asphalt sheet 12 has been mounted, has been held for positioning, the asphalt sheet 12 is adhered and molded along the whole surface of the one side 11a of the panel-like work 11 by confronting the top and bottom forces 19, 17 with each other. With this construction, at the time of baking painting, a car body 32 is heated by a plurality of heaters 33, the asphalt sheet 12 is welded to the one side 11a of the panel-like work 11 through this heating, and a steel plate in monolithic plate structure provided with a sound conditioning function is finished.</p> |
