This device, as its name indicates, is a process for autonomous mechanical aeration for residential accommodation. The user can vary, within the limits stipulated in the order of 24th March 1982, the chosen air flow and this can be done instantaneously by means of an electric control button. The variation of this flow will be controlled as a function of the service room occupied (bathroom, WC or kitchen during the preparation of meals). There are currently three systems for aeration of accommodation on the French market: 1. Thermal draught natural ventilation; 2. Mechanical ventilation by general extraction in the roofing which has no autonomy for the user; 3. Autonomous mixed ventilation by individual extractors mounted on individual pipes. In effect, a pipe can only connect a single service room, which results in a major spatial requirement in the region of the vertical ducts. Moreover, the reduced operation functions with thermal draught natural ventilation, as a result of which there is no flow control. The invention relates to the device and not the apparatus or materials used, that is to say autonomous and permanent mechanical aeration by extractors with two speeds, equipped with a non-return valve. The apparatuses are connected to a single monotubular pipe. This invention is intended for the aeration of block-type or individual accommodation. <IMAGE>
