PURPOSE:To eliminate an external piping and to simplify constitution of a piping, by a method wherein the oil passage of a power steering device is integrally formed to a coupling part. CONSTITUTION:A rear wheel steering rod 9 is divided into two left and right parts 9a and 9b, and the two rod parts 9a and 9b are integrally coupled with each other by threadedly mounting the rod parts internally of a cylindrical body 20 from both sides. The cylindrical body 20 is constituted integrally with a valve housing 27 and a coupling part 26 of a hydraulic control mechanism D. The end surfaces of the two rod parts 9a and 9b are positioned facing each other within the cylindrical body 20 without making contact with each other but with a given distance therebetween, and an O-rings are respectively mounted to the outer peripheral surfaces in the vicinity of the end surfaces of the rod parts 9a and 9b, and this forms a chamber 28 between the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 20 and the outer peripheral surfaces of the rod parts.
