PURPOSE:To make the preparation of composite with pyrrol polymer possible with good productivity even in the case of the insulative polymer of large thickness, by press-molding a insulative polymer on which pyrrol is being coated or impregnated with an insulative polymer on which an oxidizing agent is being coated or impregnated in such a manner that pyrrol and the oxidizing agent contact and/or diffusively contact each other. CONSTITUTION:An insulative polymer 2 on which pyrrol 1 is being coated or contained and an insulative polymer 2 on which an oxidizing agent is being coated or contained are press-molded in such a manner that pyrrol 1 contacts and /or diffusively contacts with the oxidizing agent 3 to prepare a composite 5 consisting of a conductive pyrrol polymer 4 and an insulative polymer 2. Pyrrol 1 is usually applied or impregnated in the form of a 0.01-0.1mol% aqueous solution. No special limitation exists in selecting the insulative polymer 2 and natural polymers such as cellulose, synthetic polymers such as polyethylene and nylon and semi-synthetic polymers such as cellulose acetate can be listed.
