PURPOSE:To provide a substrate with a thin-film resistor pattern whose circuit characteristics may not be affected by migration. CONSTITUTION:A circuit board is constituted by forming a circuit pattern on an insulating substrate which pattern is provided with part positions which are adjacently isolated and have mutually different potentials. A conducting part 3 whose potential is higher than one part position is arranged in a gap between the isolated part positions. Hence the influence caused by migration of a resistor pattern 1 except the conducting part 3 can be reduced or prevented, so that a circuit board capable of preventing the change of circuit characteristics can be obtained.
