PURPOSE:To decrease the switching time at turning-off of a transistor (TR) by brining the TR into the saturated state just before the TR is turned off after being turned on so as to suppress the heating of the TR or the like and bringing the TR into the unsaturated state just before the TR is turned off. CONSTITUTION:In turning off the 1st TR 1 at the trailing of a rectangular wave input signal, since the TR 1 is used at the unsaturated state, no excess carrier exists and the 1st and 2nd TRs 1, 2 are turned off quickly corresponding to the trailing of the rectangular wave at an input terminal 11. Thus, the 1st and 2nd TRs 1, 2 are brought into the saturated state just before the trailing from the leading of the input rectangular wave signal to suppress the heating of the TRs. Since the 1st and 2nd TRs 1, 2 are brought into the unsaturated state at the trailing of the input rectangular wave signal and no excess carrier is stored in the base of the TRs, the 1st and 2nd TRs 1, 2 are turned off quickly in response to the trailing of the rectangular wave. |
