The insect-proof net blind enables it self to be stored in roll in non-use season, prevents the generation of clearance between the window and the blind, and cleans dust on the surface of the insect-proof net easily. The blind having a cylindrical main body with a traverse passage and end pieces at both end sides includes; winding means for supporting the rotation of a winding bar fixed at the end sides; a net section with a lower handle releasable from the winding bar; guide rails combined with net guide grooves and handle guide grooves; dust cleaning brushes for cleaning dust on the net section at the both sides of the traverse passage.
