The characteristics are set forth of a filling head, a machine for manufacturing concrete pipes which has said filling head and a method for manufacturing concrete pipes in which the torsion forces applied to the metal reinforcement cage of the pipe and the bubbles or hollows in the concrete are eliminated through rotation of the plastering (plasterwork, rendering) and roller head portions of the filling head in opposite directions. The peripheral speed of the system is also improved in comparison with conventional systems.
