PURPOSE:To improve yield efficiency without wasteful space on a solar battery panel by forming each cell so that its sides become in parallel with the sides corresponding to the panel in size capable of cutting from one wafer. CONSTITUTION:A solar battery panel 2 is formed in a parallelogram at right angles of four corners to be applied to an array of novel format. Solar battery cells 1, 1... are formed in size capable of cutting from one circular single crystal wafer, and sides 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d are formed in parallelogram of similar shape parallel to corresponding sides 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d of the panel 1. The cells 1, 1... are aligned and mounted in oblique direction (P direction) and lateral direction (Q direction) along thesides 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d of the panel 2 to form a solar battery array. |
