PURPOSE:To synchronize CRT control signals and picture information signals by setting the display starting point and display termination point of picture information signals basing on a blanking completion signal outputted by a graphic display controller. CONSTITUTION:A start point setting counter 1 is constituted of a present counter. When a blanking completion signal outputted from a graphic display controller (GDC) is inputted, the counter starts counting, and counts dot clocks of picture information up to preset count value, and output a display start signal. A horizontal display counter 2 operates when the display start signal outputted from above-mentioned start point setting counter 1 is inputted, and counts dot clocks of above-mentioned picture information up to preset count value, and outputs a display completion signal. A latch circuit 3 latches the display start signal until the display completion signal is inputted. |
