PRODUCTION OF DRAWN PLASTIC FILM

PURPOSE:To produce a film having uniform thin coating layer, with small installation area in high productivity, by coating an undrawn film with electron radiation curable coating agent, irradiating with electron radiation, and drawing the film uniaxially or biaxially. CONSTITUTION:One or both surfaces of an undrawn and (un)treated plastic film are coated with an electron radiation curable coating agent which may contain an additive and the film is drawn uniaxially or biaxially after irradiation with electron radiation. The electron radiation curable coating agent is a composition containing a monomer and/or oligomer having one ethylenic unsaturated bond as >=30wt% of the binder. The dose of the electron radiation is preferably 1-30Mrad.
