<p>PURPOSE:To recover good quality metal with a good recover ratio, by throwing melted slag into gap between crushing members of a vertical crusher and crushing the slag preferentially so that it is stayed at crushing gap from table upper surface to separate metal from slag. CONSTITUTION:The melted slag 1 is thrown into a crushing member gap 14 composed of a table 15 and a roller 11 being crushing members of the vertical crusher 10, through a supplying machine 2. The table 15 is revolved and driven around vertical shaft by a driving gear 17 through a reduction gear 16, on the other hand, pressing force is rockably impressed to the roller 11 by a pressing means 12, the slag 1 is pressed, crushed, ground and discharged from an aperture 18. At this time, since slag is crushed preferentially compared with metal, slag adhered to metal is peeled off and supplied to a mechanical separator 5. Thus, the metal 6 and the slag 7 are separated and the metal 6, is recovered.</p> |
