PURPOSE:To increase production efficiency and reduce cost of production control by fixing a grid comprising acid resistant synthetic resin on one side of a lead or lead alloy grid and adjusting thickness of the grid. CONSTITUTION:A lead or lead alloy grid 1 is heated, for example, at 170-250 deg.C when polypropylene grid is used, and acid resistant synthetic resin grid 2 is pressed and melt-bonded on one side of the grid 1 to form a paste type grid 3. Only one kind of lead or lead alloy grid 1 having required minimum thickness can meet all the requirements, and when grid having different thickness is required, synthetic resin grids having various thickness are ready for use. Therefore, production efficiency of grid is increased and cost of production control is reduced. |
