PURPOSE:To make it needless to pay any attention to the extinction of the memorized contents by providing a transparent window for deleting the memorized contents on the side to be fixed to a circuit board and shielding the transparent window from the outside light completely when the nonvolatile memory element is mounted on the circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A transparent window 11 of crystal glass is provided on the side to be fixed to a circuit board of an IC package 1. When the IC packages 3 and 4 provided with the transparent windows 11 are mounted on the board 5, the transparent windows 11 are put between the packages 3, 4 and the board 5 and those are shielded from the outside light completely. Accordingly, there is no need of paying any attention to the extinction of the memorized contents. |
