PURPOSE:To reduce a deterioration in performance with the passage of time in repeated use by using an electrode substrate comprising aluminum and other specified metal. CONSTITUTION:An electrode substrate comprising aluminum and a metal whose atomic number is 50 or less and Moh's hardness is 2.0 or less is used. Micronization of the electrode is prevented and durability is increased. Therefore, a deterioration in performance with the passage of time in repeated use can be reduced.
