Ophthalmological surgery device, in particular for corneal keratotomy comprising a laser source and mode lock-in and focusing means. According to the invention, the device comprises an operating microscope 3 behind which a beam deflector 4 is disposed, allowing various configurations of incisions to be obtained either by an acoustooptic modulator, or by a set of mirrors, it being possible to modify the wavelength of the beam 10.
