PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength and durability of a synthetic resin product and to form an adhesive line so as to look more attractive, by performing adhesion by arranging an insulation sheet between an adhering mold and work. CONSTITUTION:A fusion preventive sheet 6 composed of a polyester film is fixed to the top of a lower electrode 35 of a high-frequency adhering machine over which a work 3 composed of two sheets of vinyl chloride sheets 1, 2 are arranged. Then the top to the work 3 is covered by adhering an insulation sheet 7 composed of a polyester film closely to the same. Then an adhering mold 5 is arranged over the insulation sheet 7 in layers in accordance with an adhesive line 4 of the work 3, high-frequency voltage is impressed across both an upper and lower electrodes 34, 35, the electrode 34 is made to lower to weld the work 3 and the adhering mold 5 with pressure between both the upper and lower electrodes 34, 35. Then an adhesive part 11 of the vinyl chloride sheets 1,2 of a part confronting to the adhering mold 5 is heated by high frequency and welded. In this instance, pressing force at both corner parts of the adhering molding mold 5 is mitigated by the insulation sheet 7 and stretching of the vinyl chloride sheet 2 is prevented. |
