The invention relates to a spot-type disc brake with a brake anchor plate (1), an arm (7) of which overlaps the edge of a brake disc (4) and which has supporting surfaces (9, 10) for brake shoes (11, 12), arranged on both sides of the brake disc, and guides (14) in which the brake shoes (11, 12) are displaceably mounted. To provide axially displaceable guide means for a brake frame (18) reaching around the brake anchor plate (1) and the brake shoes (11, 12) from outside and transmitting the actuating force of a brake-actuating device (22) to one brake shoe (11), guide pins (26) parallel to the axis are secured on the brake anchor plate (1), engaging in elastic guide sleeves (28) in guide holes (27) in a limb (25) of the brake frame (18) extending at the side of the brake disc. On the side of the brake disc (4) facing away from the guide pins (26), the brake frame (18) is, in addition, held on a guide member (39) which is mounted displaceably in the guides (14) for the brake shoes (11, 12). <IMAGE>
