PURPOSE:To prevent the heads of teeth of a stator core from displacing at a coil end forming time by using a guide cylinder formed with a plurality of projections when coil ends are alternately opened. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of projections 21 are integrally projected in the shape similar to a gear on the outer periphery of a guide cylinder 14, and the projections 21 are buried in the hole 33 of a slot 23 and engaged in the shallow state not contacted with the slot 23 holding wedge 26 of a stator core 22 to form a coil end. Thus, tension to a magnet wire 25 is acted as a component force to the heads 24 of the teeth of the core 22 at the outlet of the slot 23, and even if the heads 24 are moved in the circumferentially displacing direction, this can be effectively prevented by the engagement between the projections 21 and the heads 24. |
