<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture the top frame made of synthetic resin for preventing collapse of cargoes and loads by heating up the sheet of thermoplastic resin reinforced with long glass fiber, and stamping molding. CONSTITUTION:The thermo plastic resin sheet 1 is produced by the following process; the thermoplastic resin sheets 2 are heated up and, between each of the said sheets 2, plural numbers of long glass fiber mats 3 are inserted and formed up by pressing with the roller. The resin sheet 1 thus produced is cut into the plural numbers of strip-shaped pieces, each of which is heated up to 200-220 deg.C for 1-5min. After placing one or two strip-shaped pieces to the corresponding frame part 4 and the cross linking part 5 of the lower mold, the upper mold is lowered and stamping molded to manufacture the top frame made of synthetic resin.</p> |
