PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plasma display having a screen excellent in visibility in which high electromagnetic wave shielding performance is exhibited stably while connecting the earth surely by exposing a part of a conductive mesh laminated on a transparent resin plate planarly at least to one side of the circumferential part on a front plate. SOLUTION: A conductive mesh 2a, i.e., a polyester plain gauze of 200×200 mm where the filament surface is plated and dyed, a transparent resin plate la, i.e., an acryl plate of 200×200 mm, and a soft acryl film 3a of 160×160 mm are arranged as shown on the drawing. Subsequently, they are sandwiched by stainless plates of 300×300 mm, mirror finished on the side touching the acryl resin plate 1a and the acryl film 3a, and hot pressed. Finally, it is cooled down to obtain a front plate where the conductive mesh 2a is embedded in the central 160×160 mm part of the polyester resin plate 1a and not embedded in the peripheral 20 mm part. |
