PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sustain power supply even it a commercial power supply is interrupted by providing an inverter for discharging DC current from a battery connected with a charger and a charge controller, and a switch for turning the connection of the battery with a commercial power supply and a solar battery on/off. SOLUTION: The system combination type power supply unit A comprises a normal power supply unit comprising a charger 1 charged from a commercial power supply, a battery 2, and an inverter 3, and an emergency power supply unit comprising a solar battery 5, a charge controller 6, the battery 2, and the inverter 3. The charge controller 6 charges respective batteries 2 uniformly with a DC current generated from the solar battery 5 and discharges respective batteries 2 to the inverter 3. A two-way switch charges the battery 2 from a commercial power supply 4 and discharges batteries 2 to the inverter 3. |
