PURPOSE:To enable automatic processing according to the absorption state of a sample or the like, by providing a tube between an suction discharge nozzle and a pump with a bypass tube including a pressure sensor and an opening- closing valve. CONSTITUTION:When a sample is sucked in a suction discharge nozzle 5, a pressure sensor 15 detects the pressure in a second tube 9 and outputs it to a controller 21 as pressure data. While detecting the pressure in a tube 9, the sensor 15 can remove the effect of the mounting part thereof 15 as provided on a bypass tube 13. The unit 21 judges that the nozzle 5 operate normally when the pressure data measured is within the range of th preset pressure. When the data is outside the range, the unit 21 outputs an operation stop signal to a pump driving means 22 and a suction discharge nozzle driving means 23 to stop the operation thereof. Then the analysis procedure, for example, the distribution of a reagent is stopped and an opening-closing valve 14 is opened to drain water out for clearing the clogging of the tubes 9 and 13. |
