PURPOSE:To estimate accurately air polution condition, by installing a collecting unit on top of a funnel-shaped dust-collecting cylinder, inserting specimen preparing material in the collecting unit, connecting a suction pipe with the collecting unit and installing a nozzle for injection of liquid to a part of the contaminated material. CONSTITUTION:A collecting unit 1a is located on top of a dust collecting cylinder 1 and a specimen preparing material 2 consisting of filter 2 and steel plate 2b is inserted detachably. And, on a funnel-shaped aperture 1b of the dust- collecting cylinder 1 a nozzle 5 for injection of air (liquid) to a contaminated specimen W is attached. A part of the nozzle is provided with flow controlling valve 6 and air supplying pump 7. And, for reclaiming contaminated specimen attached on the surface of the contaminated specimen W, pressure liquid from the nozzle 5 injected on the surface of te specimen W and the suction pump of the suction pipe 3 is operated, and thus contaminated specimen flying inside the dust-collecting cylinder 1 is collected in the specimen preparing material 2. By this arrangement, the contaminated specimen of the material 2 is removed from the collecting unit 1a and estimation of air polution condition is made on the basis of the contaminated specimen.
