PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency by superposing a low frequency signal on a position detection signal of a motor to smoothly start a rotor without raising its cost. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is turned ON, a low frequency oscillation signal from a low frequency oscillator is input to a driving circuit 11 to cause a rotor to start vibrating. The vibration of the rotor at this time is detected by a position detector, which outputs a position detection signal. When the level of the position detection signal becomes higher than the oscillation signal, the rotor is mainly controlled by the position detection signal, and starts rotating. |
