CONSTITUTION:In a process data storing memory 1 are stored respective control data 9-13 as shown in the drawing. And an external signal requirement judging section 23 estimates the external signal requirement according to data 10, 13 and process loasing signal 109. Next, a tracking commanding section 21 reads out a judging program to be executed on the basis of data 10, 13 to send it to a judged program executing section 27 and receive the execution result. When this result is found correct, input output zone No. is read out of the data 10 to be sent to a data control section 22 so that the process is commenced to receive the execution result. When this result is normal, the next program is read out to e sent to the execution section 27. This is repeated. By this constitution is facilitated the monitoring.</p> |
