The construction and/or driving of pipes in the groundwater zone requires measures which are complicated if they are to be carried out without lowering the groundwater. A driving section for the pipes which is sealed against groundwater can be set up economically by inserting the sealing walls into the ground so that they run up to one another obliquely until they abut one another or intersect one another in an essentially sealing fashion.
