PURPOSE:To decrease the intake amt. of air except discharge gas and to improve the discharging efficiency of the discharge gas by contg. plural frog pins to be imposed with a work in a pin holder and dropping cutting pieces onto a honeycomb plate provided to enclose the frog pins. CONSTITUTION:The gas generated by melting or burning of the work 5 and the air around the work 5 are mixed and the mixture passes the meshed cavity part of the honeycomb plate 8 and is discharged through the lower space part of a holder 10, an aperture part 12, a discharge hose and blower to the outside during laser beam processing. The cut pieces 19 when formed from the work 15, fall onto the plate 8. The intake ports for the air 20, 21, etc. to be discharged from the gaps in the peripheral part, etc. of the work 5, the pieces 10 and a holder 10 is small in area; therefore, the mixing ratio of the air for discharge with a processing gas 11, etc. is kept small. The sizes of the aperture part 12, a discharge device such as discharge hose and blower, etc. are thus reduced. |
