PURPOSE:To rapidly change a normal position of an image by providing a circuit for complementarily converting the inputted X direction data and a circuit for producing the bias data of a delay time. CONSTITUTION:An X direction output (A) obtained by operating an input device 11 is counted by an X counter 12 and an output (b) becomes the complementary data (c), (d) by a complementary data producing circuit 13. A Y direction output (f) by another operation of the input device 11 is counted by a Y counter 15 to output (g). The data (c), (d) are inversed, making $0' a boundary, so that in order to secure a minus sign part of either one of the data (c), (d), the data (e) processed in a bias data produce an output (h). The data (c) is added to the output (h) in an adder circuit 17 to output an output (i) and the data (d) is added to the output (h) in an adder circuit 18 to output an output (j). As a result, the outputs (i), (j) also becomes the values processed in the X direction and in the Y direction to be the delay data of a delay circuit. |
