PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment in optical axis and to prevent the bad effect on a human body by constituting a pipe path with a transparent member and by scattering a laser beam according to the surface shape, etc. thereof. CONSTITUTION:The coating pipe 10 to transmit a laser beam 100 is formed by the glass or plastic material having a transparency. Annular recessed parts 10A, 10B and annular projecting parts 10a, 10b are formed along the axial direction in order respectively on the inner wall face and outer wall face of the coating pipe 10 further. The beam 100A is scattered due to the surface shape and thickness of the pipe 10 even in case of being irradiated on the inner wall face as the laser beam 100A with the optical axis of the laser beam 100 being slipped from the center of the coating pipe 10. Due to the pipe 10 having transparency, the optical axis adjustment of the laser beam 100 is facilitated. Moreover due to the laser beam 100A whose optical axis is slipped being scattered, the bad effect on a human body can be prevented. |
