摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate element concn. after oxidizing exothermic reaction in a high accuracy by separating a reaction zone supplied with oxygen for heat-up and a mixed zone and using the ratio of molten steel quantity in the reaction zone to the whole molten steel quantity as a parameter. SOLUTION: The molten steel is heated up with the exothermic reaction with the component elements in the molten steel by supplying oxidizing gas into the molten steel. At this time, the concn. of the component element X in the molten steel is estimated by using the formulas I and II as simultaneous equations to shorten the heat-up time. In the formulas, [X]o is the wt.ratio concn. of the component element X reacted with the oxygen in the reaction zone (-), [X]1 is the wt.ratio concn. of the component element X reactable to the oxygen in the mixed zone (-), W is molten steel circulating speed circulating between the reaction zone and the mixed zone (kg/s), V is the treated molten steel quantity (kg), E is a parameter (-), Kx is the wt. of the component element X stoichiometrically equalized with the unit oxygen quantity (m3 vol. in the standard state of O2) (kg/Nm3) and Q is the oxygen supplying speed (Nm3/s).
