PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sustained release oral medicinal composition containing piperazine acetamide derivative as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This oral medicinal composition useful as an anti-angina agent, contains an organic acid selected from malic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid and asparagic acid, and a compound of the formula, its optical active form or its salt as an active ingredient. Since it is improved in the effect of pH for its eluting property, there is no or least fluctuation in its degree of elution is widely solved and it is possible to manifest a stable sustained releasing performance.
