MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND METHOD OF BULK YARN

A condensor, which separates the roving, is attached in front of the top roller of the ring spinning machine draft zone. The draft system is composed of a front top roller and a buttom roller. The rotating speed of each roller is different from the other. A roving sliver is delivered to the draft system, and it produces over spin single yarn and normal spin single yarn by the extrusion speed difference the over spin single yarn is warpped to the normal spin single yarn by a spindle. The bulk yarn is made by this method simply.
