PURPOSE: Water rice planting pulp mat is provided which mixes coconut pulp and pulp at various ratio so that it improves moisture absorption and growth for young rice plant. CONSTITUTION: The production process of water rice planting pulp mat comprises the steps of: (i) mixing coconut pulp and pulp at 0-80:100-20 ratio with water at a stirrer; (ii) putting a certain volume of mixed pulp liquid into a seedbed frame; and (iii) using a vacuum adsorber to adsorb in a vacuum state or giving 0.1-10kg/cm2 pressure to a press, eliminating moisture, molding the seedbed and punching the molded pulp mat by a punch or hot blast drying the unpunched state or '1'-character type molding state at 40-250deg.C to eliminate moisture completely. |
