PURPOSE:To shorten the time of exchange with small drop in preheating temp. and to immediately restart vulcanization operation, by collectively removing and exchanging the whole mechanism for adjusting bugs having a bottom force and a bladder from the main body. CONSTITUTION:In vulcanization operation, when the kind of tire T to be vulcanized is changed, the bottom force 34 set on a pallet 33, the mechanism for adjusting bugs 45 and the top force 42 set on the bottom force 34 are lifted up in a body and are horizontally pushed forward to move to the position shown by an imaginary line. These top and bottom forces 42, 34 and the mechanism for adjusting bugs 45 are then exchanged by a forklift with the set of top and bottom forces 42, 34 and the mechanism for adjusting bugs 45 to be used next, which have been preheated outside to a required temp., and bladder 49 of the mechanism for adjusting bugs 45 has been also exchanged outside with the corresponding type before preheating. |
