PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently process the office work for slip issue including service to customers as to a slip issue processing system which processes slip data when a slip is created and issued, the slip used for it, and a gift voucher managing method relating thereto. SOLUTION: A point generating means 13 generates points with amount data of bill data accompanying an article purchase by a customer and adds them to the data of the object customer in a customer DB 18, a gift voucher managing means 15 specifies the amount, etc., corresponding to the accumulated point value, and a bill file generating means 16 generates a file by adding the gift voucher data with added data of a proper management code to data of a bill issued accompanying the article purchase action to create a bill with a gift voucher. |
