PURPOSE:To suppress the disorder of a still picture to only one line even if data is altered owing to noises, etc., by transmitting the main body data part of still picture data while adding a carrier to RGB units of each line, and adding a line end code on a main device side. CONSTITUTION:The main body data part is transmitted while the carrier signal is added to each RGB unit. Header data of the still picture is received and set in a buffer. One-byte data of the main body data is received and set in a receiving buffer and when it is not the carrier, the next data is received. When it is the carrier, it is judged that RGB data on the (n)th line ends, and the data is stored in a S-RAM 2 while a line end code is added to the contents of the receiving buffer. The completion of the main body data reception is checked and coordinate position and area size information for displaying the still picture is obtained from the received header data when the reception is completed. |
