摘要

PURPOSE:To form a width size and spacing size of a working gap with extremely high accuracy by forming a thin high magnetic permeability film on a thin film and the outside surface of a core base material in tight contact therewith, forming the thin high magnetic permeability film in the part to face a projecting part to the size coinciding with the track width and forming the working gap between said film and the projecting part. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd ferrite 13 constituted into an I shape by glass 11 for adhesion and a back core 12 is fixed to the L-shaped first ferrite 10. The projecting part 15 having the width B coinciding with the track width is formed by a groove 14 to the 1st ferrite 10 and the surface of the projecting part 15 is so set as to be within the same plane as an outside surface of the 2nd ferrite 13. The thin film 17 consisting of a non-magnetic material is formed on the surface of the projecting part 15. The thin high magnetic permeability film 18 is formed on the film 17 and the outside surface 16 of the ferrite 13 and the working gap is formed between the film 18 and the part 15.
