PURPOSE:To form operating system (OS) parts inherent in plural terminal equipments by defining OS discriminators to be loaded at every terminal control equipment on the memory of a terminal control equipment and registering modules corresponding to the discriminators in a disk. CONSTITUTION:Plural terminal equipments 7 are connected to the terminal control equipment 1 and the discriminators for discriminating the OS parts corresponding to respective terminal equipments (#0-#n) registered in the OS part library 4 of the disk 3 of the terminal control equipment 1 are registered in the memory part 2 of the equipment 1. When a load request is generated by a program in the non-volatile memory 5 of respective terminal equipments 7, 'OS-0' and 'OS-1' e.g. are loaded from the library 4 of the disk 3 to the memories 6 of respective terminal equipments #0, #1 on the basis of the information registered in the memory 2.
