<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to simultaneously detect the earth voltage and supply current of a conductor, by arranging a light applied magnetic field sensor and a light applied voltage sensor at the predetermined position of a coaxial type voltage divider. CONSTITUTION:A light applied magnetic field sensor 3 is fixed to the coaxial type voltage divider 1 in a closely adhered state at the position directly above the electrostatic shield layer 6' formed to the outer periphery of said voltage divider 1 and a light applied voltage sensor 5 using a Pockels element is fixed at a predetermined position above the sensor 3. The sensors 3, 5 are covered with a shield plate 6 to be electrostatically shielded and an incident/emitting optical fiber cable 7 is connected to the sensor 5 and an incident/emitting optical fiber cable 4 is connected to the sensor 3. A light source is connected to one of the cables 4, 7 and a light receiving element to the other one of them and the output of the light receiving element is supplied to an electric measuring device.</p> |
