PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene sheet for joining a member of different material which is used for joining to a member such as a rubber-lined cloth and to which a material for an adhesive margin of the same material with the member is fitted in high adhesive strength by heat fusion through an adhesive. SOLUTION: In the polyethylene sheet, at least to a part of the peripheral end fringe part of the polyethylene sheet, and material for the adhesive margin is fitted by heat fusion through a thermoplastic adhesive tape in which an adhesive layer containing a compatible mixture comprising (a) a component adhesive to the material and (b) a component adhesive to the polyethylene sheet is formed on the surface.
