PURPOSE:To make the abolitions of a bluing furnace and a steam boiler possible, by performing bluing by dew point control during slow cooling. CONSTITUTION:Composite furnace is composed of a burn off furnace 9, an annealing furnace 10, a slow cooling furnace 12 having furnace a core tube structure and an air cooling chamber 13, and a bubbling vessel for controlling the dew point of atmospheric gas is provided at the furnace 12. Barrier mechanism is provided between the furnaces 10 and 12, for intercepting annealing atmosphere from slow cooling atmosphere. Then, magnetic sheet is transferred by a transferring device 14, the dew point of atmospheric gas is controlled between minus 28 deg.C and plus 40 deg.C, and Fe2O3 grey film is formed without the bluing furnace. Next, atmospheric gas is passed through the bubbling device having a water tank and temp. regulator, to control the dew point arbitrarily and the annealing and bluing atmospheres are intercepted. |
