PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormality or the like from being caused in data to be processed and to reduce power consumption in an image processing module of a low priority when using a system bus. SOLUTION: A signal processing part 16 carrying out a prescribed processing to the data of one block unit with the pixel data of each area obtained by dividing a screen into a plurality of screens as one block is provided. By each DMA(direct memory access) requests of DMA request control parts 11 and 13 on an input side and on an output side, the input of the data of one block to an input processing part 16 and the output of the data from an output processing part 17 are respectively carried out. At the point of time at which a signal processing in the signal processing part is ended, in the case that the DMA request is generated from the DMA request control part 11 or 13 on the input side or on the output side, the signal processing by the signal processing part 14 is stopped.
