PURPOSE:To sufficiently suppress only a frequency change rate by calculating by a multiplier a lamp signal which rises gradually from zero by the output signal of a phase comparator and a synchronization command, and supplying the output to the control voltage input of a voltage control oscillator. CONSTITUTION:An external signal synchronization type inverter 6 which forms a no-break power source normally supplies power through an AC switch 7 to a load 9. At this time, to obtain an inverter output synchronized with the external power source, the voltage V1 of the power source 1 is compared by a phase comparator 2 with the output voltage V2 of the inverter to control the frequency of a voltage oscillator 3 by the differential voltage V3. This is divided by a frequency divider 4 to control the inverter 6 through a gate controller 5. In this case, a lamp voltage generator 10 and a multiplier 11 are added, and when the synchronization start is instructed, a lamp voltage V4 which gradually increases at the prescribed change rate from zero voltage is multiplied. Thus, the frequency change rate is suppressed to stably control the phase. |
