Coil 14 is fixed on wheel axle 1 coaxially with axle. Magnets 15 are fixed concentrically to coil 14. First group of alternating north and south poles of magnets 15 is pointed to first plane. Second group of alternating north and south magnetic poles of magnets 15 is pointed to opposite second plane.
