PURPOSE:To obtain a silver halide color photographic sensitive material having high sensitivity and excellent granular characteristic by incorporating a fogging agent or development accelerator or the compd. to release the precursor thereof into an arom. primary amine developing agent in accordance with the content of developing agent in accordance with the content of developing silver in the stage of making development by using said developing agent with an emulsion layer. CONSTITUTION:The imagewise fogging agents or the development accelerators or the compds. (FR compd.) to release the precursor (FA compd.) thereof in accordance with the content of the developing silver expressed by the formulas (1)-(3) are effective. The residual groups of of yellow couplers (Cp) expressed by the formulas [I] and [II] are adequate, the residual groups of magenta couplers (Cp) expressed by the formulas [III]-[V] are adequate and the residual groups of cyan couplers (Cp) expressed by the formulas [VI]-[VII] are adequate. The emulsion is the emulsion consisting of at least one kind of monodisperse emulsion having the grain size distribution of <=0.25 coefft. of fluctuation relating to the grain size of the silver halide particles incorporated into the emulsion layer.
