A garnishing shape-cutter (1) having at least one jacket-type shape-cutting mould (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) which is open at both ends is to have convenient handling, and detachment of the finished shape from the mould (4) is always to be possible in a simple manner regardless of the constitution of the garnishing product. For this purpose, the mould or moulds (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) are arranged on a housing (2) and a manually operable ejector (31) is mounted in the housing (2), the head (32) of which ejector can be inserted in the mould (4) from the rear. In this case, the housing (2) can be of approximately circular construction, a plurality of different moulds (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) can be distributed over its circumferential surface (3) and the ejector (31) can be mounted axially displaceably on an intermediate support (27) which is rotatable about the centre-point (29) of the circle of the housing (2). <IMAGE>
